Who this policy applies to

This policy covers the V12 Booking website and the data you send through its forms. V12 Booking is the controller of this data.

It does not cover data recorded inside the V12 Booking platform by client operators and agencies.

What data we collect

We only collect what you provide yourself and the minimum the website needs to work:

• Demo request: name, operator or agency, work email and profile. Phone and message only if you choose to provide them.
• “Notify me”: email and the product you are interested in.
• With every submission: the language and the page of the website it was sent from.
• Access logs: as with any website, the hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any tracking or advertising tools.

How we use the data

• To answer your request: schedule and run the demo, answer questions and send proposals.
• To let you know when the product you asked about is available.
• To keep a record of our contact with your company.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.

Legal bases

We process your data under article 7 of the LGPD:

• Demo request: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (item V).
• “Notify me”: your consent (item I), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Access logs and spam protection: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (item IX).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with suppliers that help us run the website and answer requests:

• Formspree, which receives the forms and forwards them by email to our team;
• the email tools our team uses to reply;
• the provider that hosts the website.

International transfer

Some of these suppliers are located outside Brazil. Formspree, for example, stores data in the United States. In these cases, the data is used only for the purposes described in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from a request for as long as we have a business relationship with your company or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

“Notify me” data is kept until the notice is sent or until you ask to leave the list.

Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you can request at any time:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law;
• portability of your data to another supplier;
• deletion of data processed with your consent, and withdrawal of that consent;
• information about who we share your data with.

Security

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the team that handles requests has access to it.

This website is aimed at travel businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy, for example when the website starts using a new tool. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
